• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
• Availability of stock is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
• Software licenses (GST/Billing) are provided as-is with dedicated support.

Your satisfaction and equipment uptime are our priorities.

• Hardware: Covered under manufacturer warranty (standard 1 year unless specified).
• Returns: 7-day replacement for defective or damaged items upon arrival.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
• Software and consumable products (labels, ribbons) are non-returnable once opened.

WizePrime charges fees for certain advisory and portfolio management services as detailed on our pricing page. By using our services, you agree to:

• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
• Full payment is required before product dispatch.
• GST invoices are provided with every purchase for your business records.
